Delivered in partnership with the Royal Borough of Greenwich, the three developments have created 66 affordable council homes across the borough and have been recognised for their quality, sustainability and positive impact on local communities.

The projects demonstrate how thoughtfully designed housing can transform underused urban sites into vibrant places for people to live. As well as providing much needed new homes, the developments have helped create attractive, welcoming neighbourhoods that support wellbeing and encourage stronger community connections.

Reducing carbon emissions was a key focus throughout the projects. Using sustainable modern methods of construction, including modular construction and structural insulated panels (SIPs), the homes were delivered efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality. The developments have been designed to reduce energy consumption, helping to lower both environmental impact and residents’ everyday living costs.

As a regional winner, the project will now progress to the Constructing Excellence National Awards in November, where it will compete against other regional winners from across the country.
