Resident Liaison Officer.
What does your role involve?
As Resident Liaison Officer, I’m the main point of contact for the residents on Elkins’ projects. I’m responsible for dealing with any issues and answering any queries they might have. What’s your background?

What are you looking forward to most about your role?
I’m looking forward to learning more about the industry and seeing the benefits of effective communication with residents, as well as improving my skill set even further as I gain more knowledge of construction.
What appealed to you about the role?
I really enjoy talking to people, so the opportunity to get to know the residents on our projects and have a positive impact on their experience was something that really appealed to me.
What do you enjoy doing in your spare time?
I’m an active person and enjoy playing badminton, I even play for a local team.
