External refurbishment and roof repairs for three blocks in Southwark
The scope of this project was to carry out refurbishment and repairs internally and externally for three residential blocks. However, just two months into the project the Covid-19 lockdown meant the work programme had to be adjusted to external works only, as access to occupied premises was not possible. We are due to return to the site to complete the internal works in late 2022.
