Working in occupied premises is something we have excelled at since 1963. Our systems, procedures mean that when we work in somebody’s home, we treat it like our own with a duty of care and empathy.

At the heart of this ethos are our Resident Liaison Officers. Their role is to co-ordinate works, allowing for any special requirements or circumstances of individual residents, their families or their carers.

Good communication is essential and all our social housing projects are resident-led, involving all residents, regardless of tenure.
