Project Overview

Elkins Construction completed a complex roofing refurbishment at Dulwich Wood Primary School, delivering high-quality improvements across the school environment. The project involved the replacement of the flat roof covering, replacement of clerestory windows, alteration of the rainwater disposal system at roof level, and investigations of external walls to assess integrity and inform future maintenance. These works were designed to enhance the building’s performance, longevity, and overall safety.
