Project Details

The project was made up of kitchen and bathroom replacements, window replacement to the kitchens and bathrooms and the removal of the communal windows to the walkways. Removal of the existing flooring and laying a new vulkem waterproof system, fitting of new metal balustrades and handrails, external decorations, the upgrade to the landlords supply and new task lighting, ld2 works and the removal of the timber cladding to the drying rooms which were replaced with fire rated cedral cladding, all other timber cladding replaced using the sto render system, brick work to the ground floor and concrete repair works, new drainage works done to the 1^st/2^nd floors to help with the pounding water issues. The main issue on site was the delay in waiting to start the timber cladding works and the water pounding on the walkways after the communal windows were removed.
